How, Why, When and What can I replace?
All the products sold through www.casioindiashop.com found to be in defective and damaged condition may be replaced within 48 hours of delivery, however, this is subject to the fulfilment of other requirements. Please take note of below mentioned points:
- It is advised to you that after receiving the products please go through the user manual for the necessary information.
- Those claims reached to us within 48 hours of the delivery shall only be entertained for the defective claims and thereafter all claims shall be covered under the warranty.
- The replacement shall be done within 15 days of the report of claim. In case the product is not available you have to wait till the availability of the products otherwise money will be refunded.
- You need to submit all the necessary proof to substantiate that you have purchased the products from www.casioindiashop.com.
- In order to return the product, the customer has to make sure that the product is in unused and original condition, include all the price tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, original and non-damaged box in which the product has been received, original transit worthy outer packaging to pack and return, Brand retail packaging in fresh original condition as was received, invoice, original packaging of the product.
- If the product is been found to be used then it would not be eligible for return/replacement In case it is noticed by us that the customer has returned a product that has not been purchased from www.casioindiashop.com then the customer will be liable to face severe legal consequences as applicable and time being in force for such act.
Will I get free replacement?
If the product - received is defective/damaged or not as described by www.casioindiashop.com then the customer is eligible for a free replacement. The replacement is subject to stock availability; if the product is not available in stock then the customer will receive a full refund or another product of same value as per customer's choice.
Are the products covered with manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all the products sold at www.casioindiashop.com are 100% original and authentic products and carry the warranty stated by the manufacturer.
How do I return/refund a product purchased from www.casioindiashop.com?
For Returns follow these simple steps
- Contact us and provide your order details with your issue
- We will contact you and initiate the pickup process after your confirmation
- In order to return the product, customer has to make sure that the product is in unused and in original condition, include all the price tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, original and non-damaged boxes, invoices, original packaging, box information, stickers are all intact and not have been tampered with.
*If the product has been found to be used then it would not be eligible for return.
*If the product, warranty cards, freebies, product boxes etc.; for the order are to be found in damaged condition then it will be not eligible for return
*Product will be replaced if the product received by the customer is in defective/non-working condition and is packed for safety via courier.
*If the product received by the customer is damaged then the same need to be checked while receiving the product from the courier and informing us of the same at earliest. Videography for opening the package might be needed for the same purpose.
*If it is not possible for us to pick up the product for replacement, the customer can ship the product back to us, we will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt. Follow the instruction sent by mail for the same. Do include all the price tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, original and non-damaged boxes, invoice, original packaging of the product as well as make sure that the box is packed properly and for safety before shipping. Also, packing shall be done in proper manner so that it won't be damaged in transit. In case we receive the products in damaged condition we may not entertain the claim of replacement.
Will there be any return charges?
If the customer is returning the product on the condition that the item received is damages/defective condition then there would be no extra charges involved. If the order I getting cancelled then appropriate charges for shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer should not accept the product(s) if the packaging is in damaged/tampered condition or the seal is broken.
For defective products only replacement will be issued.
*If the product has been already delivered and the order package is not opened and is in sealed condition, for refund request a nominal fee of 2.5% for the order amount and nominal shipping fee will be deducted if the packet is not in original sealed condition or the refund request is generated after opening the packet. While creating return, customer must follow the above mentioned method(s) for return.
*If the product received is not as described or in a defective condition then the same will be replaced without any extra cost provided that the item is received by www.casioindiashop.com.
In the same condition as sent by www.casioindiashop.com to the customer.
How Much time will it take to replace the product?
The process of replacement for defective/damaged product will start as soon as the original product is received by www.casioindiashop.com. The whole process can take up to 10-15 working days after receiving the product for replacement under defective/damaged category.
Can I cancel a single product from single order containing multiple products?
Yes, you can cancel any single order from your multiple orders, but have to make sure that for combo products, both or all the products will be considered single product only and product will be cancelled if it is received by CAL in sealed original packaging i.e. the product packaging has not be opened or tampered with and is returned for cancellation.
Will I still earn free gift, coupons, and loyalty points after returning the product?
No, all the free gifts, loyalty points and coupons or any other offer earned are part of the original product and must be returned back to www.casioindiashop.com.
I've raised a request for replacement/cancellation, but now I want to cancel the request?
You can mail/call us for the same so that we can stop the pickup process else you can reject the Pickup of the replacement product.
My return requested is being rejected, why? On what circumstances return request may be rejected.
Sometimes it becomes impossible to replacement due to the following:
- Return/Replacement request is made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Product sent for return is damaged because it is not in the same condition as you received it
- The product you ordered was custom made for you/ is a limited edition or was specially requested by you.
- If the product has been used
- If the items are returned without original accessories, warranty cards, original packaging, original boxes, invoice, accessories, freebies, coupons etc.
- If the product is tampered, not the one you received it or physically damaged.
When will I get my refunds?
Most of the time we try to replace the product but if due to any circumstance we are not able to replace the product in time, we issue a refund for the amount paid by the customer while purchasing the product either online or offline as convenient to us. the refund shall be initiated within 3 working days of having received back the product, subject to the product being found in original condition on inspection.
Refund amount still not credited in my account?
If you have received a confirmation mail regarding the refund, then be assured that we have already started the refund process. Although, the time depends from banks to banks which may make the refund process longer. You can contact us again if the refund has not been credited to your account in the specified period.
How do I cancel my order?
- Login to www.casioindiashop.com and check your order tab.
- Select the item you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel, select a reason for cancellation and submit it for confirmation.
- Once we get the request for the cancellation, we will process it for cancellation.
- After we receive the product, it will be thoroughly examined for any usage signs, original accessories, warranty cards, invoices, manuals, boxes, original packaging etc.
- Replacement will be issued if it fit on the above stated criteria and if found that anyhow the user has cheated on these criteria, replacement/refund can be cancelled.
You can cancel the order even if it is in shipping process, but not yet delivered to you, but the cancellation process will start only after we have received the product.
*If the customer cancels any order, he/she shall not be eligible for CIL Points associate with that order.
Why can I not click Cancel Order Button?
If you are not able cancel your product, it may be due to following reasons:
- Your Order has been shipped
- You have ordered a custom made product
- The product is non-refundable
In how much time my cancellation request will be accepted?
If you've requested for cancellation and the item has not been shipped, then it will take maximum 2-3 business days to initiate a refund for which you will be notified of the same. It may take up to 7-15 days to reflect the same in your account depending on your financial institution.
